| Victor has been in the construction industry for 27+ years and loves what he does! He began as an installer, was a scheduler for eight years, then worked his way up to Director of Operations NE. As a talented coach and mentor, Victor is good at motivating others to be better than they even think they can be! Working in teams and with people to get different points of view is fulfilling for Victor. He also loves to problem-solve by reverse engineering things to understand how things work. When he isn't at work, Victor loves spending time with his wife and daughter finding new adventures like visiting zoos, farms, water parks, beaches and eating ice cream. He is an avid golfer, loves to travel, enjoys watching football, and takes pride in caring for his lawn. |
