Robert Baggs
Installer
Robert was born and raised in Saugus, MA, he has always had a deep curiosity for how things work. Growing up with a father who is a master auto mechanic, he developed an early love for cars and a hands-on approach to problem-solving—whether it was figuring out how something broke or how to fix it.
Robert began his career in 2007 driving and delivering for Karas and Karas Glass Co. Three years later, in 2010, he joined the Carpenters Union through the company, where he went on to build an 18-year career. Over the years, he has contributed to many of Boston’s largest construction projects, specializing in the installation of exterior façades, including glass and paneling.
Outside of work, Robert enjoys spending time with friends, family, and his two Cocker Spaniels, Bandit and Lucy. He’s also an active member of a vibrant FPV drone racing community, where he builds, tunes, and pilots high-speed racing drones through intricate 3D courses using first-person view goggles. His hobbies extend to dirt biking, snowboarding, PC building, and gaming—always finding ways to challenge himself and learn new technologies.
