Maria J Suarez

Maria is a dynamic professional with a diverse background in leadership, project coordination, and community development. After earning her MBA, she combined her knowledge of education and business to work across industries, including higher education, non-profit, and wellness. Maria developed and led programs that created employment opportunities and supported business initiatives, particularly within Spanish-speaking communities. Her responsibilities included managing program budgets, analyzing data, building partnerships, developing outreach strategies, coordinating logistics, and delivering both digital and professional development education. She brings both strategic insight and a passion for community impact to every role she takes on.

Originally from Costa Rica, Maria moved to the United States in 2015. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in the mountains—whether hiking, skiing, or exploring small towns with friends. She is also a certified yoga teacher and teaches yoga and meditation in her spare time.
