Luke Pennell

Luke brings a rich and diverse background to our team, fueled by his passion for music and coffee. As a former touring musician, Luke has traveled nationwide, sharing his love for music. Nowadays, he enjoys collecting vinyl records and has combined his love for music and coffee into a unique pop-up business managed by his wife, where they sell their own roasted coffee and vinyl records.

Outside of work, Luke cherishes spending time with his family. Since relocating from South Florida to Tennessee, they have discovered a love for camping and hiking, which has become a frequent family activity.

Although he modestly hesitates to call it that, Luke's superpower is his remarkable ability to adapt and overcome challenges. For him, there's no such thing as giving up—only pivoting and moving forward. This resilience and determination are qualities he consistently brings to his role.

What motivates Luke to work hard is his deep desire to provide a better life for his family than he had growing up. His commitment to ensuring they never experience the struggles he faces drives him to give his all in everything he does.
