She is highly passionate about working with people to improve their quality of life; through the work of powerful self-discipline and mind-retraining techniques. She dedicates her time to learning from others while imparting her acquired knowledge to those willing to listen.|
Jodi has a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication and a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational psychology. Beneficial qualifications for her role as Head of Talent Acquisition and Retention. The next step in her journey is to continue providing mentorship to young adults, especially those who are either starting their lives in a new country or needing assistance creating a successful path. Born in Jamaica and moved to the United States in 2015, Jodi knows how difficult it can be to make a fresh start. She is dedicated to improving her skills and being as influential as possible.
Outside of work, she is currently a real estate investor, an industry she cannot get enough of. She loves having great conversations, her family, beauty, fashion, and music. She likes to sing and dance; after all, she is Jamaican. "If I can't dance, they will surely disown me!" says Jodi.
