Bill is passionate about hanging out with family and golfing. With golfing, he does not just like hitting a little ball around and getting frustrated but getting to experience different golf courses with good friends. For Bill, there is no such thing as having a bad day on the green.

As for what motivates him most? First and foremost, his mom and dad. "They have shown me how it's done," says Bill. "Work hard and be proud no matter what your job is." Bill always thinks back to his dad's advice, "Never start the day with an apology." Advice he tries to live by daily. Another motivator for Bill? Earning money for golf, of course! ;)

Bill also has a superpower that he often uses outside and inside of work – his incredible sense of humor.

His favorite song to get pumped up to is Free Bird by Lynyrd Skynyrd. Bill says, "The beginning is slow, but if you are not playing air guitar by the end, check your pulse!" As said before, Bill will always have something humorous to say.
