Nicole Messier Joins to Continue Regional and National Growth
Ver-Tex Construction Specialties, the industry leader for design and installation of window treatments and construction specialty products, announced today the hiring and appointment of Nicole Messier as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. With more than 20 years of experience in financial controls, trend analysis, and internal/external compliance in both the government and private sectors, Messier is a results-driven financial management expert dedicated to achieving financial goals and organizational growth. Messier spent nine years in the U.S. Air Force in various finance roles, and the past ten years at Raytheon, where she led finance teams working with the Department of Defense, Federal Aviation Administration and several international commercial programs.
“As we continue to grow over the next five years, it’s important to bring on someone to oversee our corporate and project finance operations,” said Brianna Goodwin, President and CEO of Ver-Tex Construction Specialties. “Nicole brings a wealth of knowledge to her role and we’re excited to have her join the team.” Messier is originally from Minersville, Pennsylvania, and currently resides in Worcester, Massachusetts with her husband and three children. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and will obtain her master’s in Management with a concentration in Accounting from Worcester State University in December.
