We’re pleased to announce that Brianna Goodwin has been promoted to the role of President and Chief Executive Officer. She assumed responsibilities on September 1, 2017. Having served as a valuable member of the Ver-Tex team since 2005, Goodwin brings the ideal combination of vision, industry knowledge, and leadership experience to Ver-Tex. Goodwin started her career at Ver-Tex in construction estimating/sales before being promoted to various leadership roles, including her most recent, Executive Vice President. For more than 12 years, Goodwin has overseen tremendous company growth and helped transform Ver-Tex into one of the region’s leading distributors and installers of window treatments, specifically automated shade systems, and construction specialties.
