Ian Quarles

Ian joined us with over ten years of experience, upon graduating from the University of Central Florida in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interpersonal/Organizational Communications and a minor in Coaching, Ian served as an Assistant Manager at Stages Plus. He then went on to United Flooring & Construction, Inc., for over two years, served as an Estimator for Empire Office for a short time, then returned as a Project Manager and Superintendent for United Flooring & Construction, Inc. He most recently served as an Installation Manager and was then promoted to Operations Manager at Arbor Contract Carpet.

Ian has an entrepreneurial spirit and owned and operated his own construction cleaning company for a short time, but the pandemic happened, and he had to pursue other opportunities. His passion is teaching and coaching others, and he describes himself as a transformational leader. He can jump in and help get the job done or can provide leadership and coaching to his team. In this new role, Ian will play an instrumental part in helping get the new Orlando location up and running.

On a personal note, Ian describes himself as a foodie and loves eating!
